LUCKY WELL LODE CLAIM
THE LUCKY WELL IS AN AMZING LODE AND PLACER CLAIM OPPORTUNITY. CURRENTLY THERE SITS ROUGHLY 120-150 TONS OF COMMERCIAL MID GRADE GOLD AND SILVER ORE. THIS PILE SITS ADJACENT TO THE DEEP TRENCH AND SHAFT MINE. THERE IS ANOTHER PILE OF ORE ROUGHLY 8-10,000 TONS SITTING WEST OF THE UNDERGROUND DIGGINGS. THE PLACER RIGHTS WILL ALSO COME WITH THIS CLAIM. THESE HAVE NOT BEEN DIVIDED UP AND WILL ALLOW THE END USER TO ENJOY COUNTLESS SEASONS OF FUN AND SUCCESS HERE.
THIS LODE CLAIM IS VERY UNIQUE AS THIS IS CONSIDERED A TRENCH MINE. MOST LODE CLAIMS ARE SHAFT, ADIT, OR DRIFT MINES IN THIS AREA. THERE IS A VERY DEEP SHAFT AT THE ENTRY OF THE UNDERGROUND WORKINGS AND A DEEP TRENCH THAT CONTINUES DOWN FOLLOWING THE VEIN TO THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE TRENCH WHICH DROPS DOWN INTO ANOTHER SHAFT.
THIS VEIN IS VISIBLE FROM ABOVE GROUND ON BOTH THE EAST AND WEST SIDE OF THE TRENCH. ACCESS CAN BE ESTABLIST FROM THE UPPER PORTION OF THE TRENCH WITH SOME TIMBERING OR A NEW DRIFT COULD BE PUNCHED IN ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE TRENCH. THERE ARE A COUPLE SPOTS ON THE SURFACE WHERE EXCELLENT HIGH GRADE SPECIMENS CAN BE COLLECTED FROM THE VEIN STRUCTURE.
TESTING OF THE ORE ONSITE HAS YIELDED DECENT RESULTS FOR THE SMALL COMMERCIAL MINING OPERATION LOOKING TO GET INTO THE INDUSTRY. THERE ARE HIGH GRADE SECTIONS OF EXPOSED HIGHGRADE ORE THAT HAS YET TO BE REMOVED, ALONG WITH HIGH GRADE ORE BELOW GROUND THAT WOULD BE GREAT TO RE-ESTABLISH.
PERMITTING HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED WITH THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO AND ALL LAWS & REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED WHILE WE HAVE WORKED WITH THE FOREST SERVICE. THIS PROJECT IS READY TO BE WORKED BY CANDY MOUNTAIN MINING COMPANY THIS WINTER DOING RECLAIMATION WORK ON THE CLAIM, AND WOULD BE A GREAT UNDERGROUND MINE FOR A SMALL COMMERCIAL OPERATION.
PLACER TESTING HAS YIELDED GOLD VALUES AT $17/YARD ON THE LOW SIDE TO $110/YARD ON THE HIGH END WHERE CONCENTRATION VALUES ARE HIGHER IN THE ALLUVIAL DEPOSITS. THERE ARE COUNTLESS BENCHES, CREVICES, AND CONCENTRATION POINTS IN THE PLACER THAT ALLOWS FOR VERY SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY OF GOLD. WE HAVE MAPPED OUT VARIOUS HOT SPOTS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY FOR THE PLACER VALUES AND WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE END USER WITH ALL OF THE RESERVE GOLD VALUE DATA.
ACCESS TO THE CLAIM IS LIMITED AT THIS TIME TO UTV OR ATV ONLY. THE ROAD ACCESS HAS BEEN WASHED OUT REPEATEDLY OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. TRAVEL 1.8 MILES WEST OUTSIDE OF CHLORIDE NEW MEXICO TO THE ENTRY OF THE CLAIM.
THIS CLAIM HAS 3 DIKES RUNNING NW/SE, STRIKING N/S THERE IS A FAULT LINE,THERE IS A LIMESTONE INTRUSION ON THE SW EDGE OF THE CLAIM, WITH 2 BANDS OF ANDESITE ON THE NORTHENMOST EDGE OF THE LUCKY WELL CLAIM.
THERE IS ONE SMALL DIKE AND ONE SMALL FAULT THAT STRIKE NE/SE THAT CROSSED THE ROAD ON THE CLAIM.
THERE IS EXTENSIVE MINERALIZATION THROUGHOUT THE DIKES, AND NEAR THE CONTACT POINTS. COMMON COUNTRY ROCK AND HOST ROCKS ARE ANDESITE, MADERA LIMESTONE, VOLCANICLASTIC-DOMINATED RUBIO PEAK MATERIAL.
ALL DIKES ARE WELL LOCATED WITH SILICA-MINERALIZED VEINS. BOTH OFTEN INTRUDE MINOR FAULTS.

This claim is located outside of the historic city of Chloride New Mexico. Multiple other high quality gold and silver mining claims are centered around this mining district through the Chloride/Winston Valley.
ACCESS TO CLAIM:
This road has in the past washed out due to the monsoon season that comes around in July. The Forest Service has recently redone the road and is finishing final grade by the End of February 2024. Currently truck and trailer are able to access the road. ATV & UTV or a high clearance vehicle is always recommended. Due to road access in the past being very limited to ONLY ATV or UTV the amount of vehicle traffic is extremely minimal and no issues from outside parties causing major damage or issue on these claims. There are people working placer claims to the East of these 3 claims and are great people and are always eager to help fellow miners in the area.

Any areas that are prospected or tested during any member time on-site is REQUIRED TO FILL ALL HOLES THAT ARE DUG THAT DAY. No open holes, pits, areas of excavation will be left undone. No trash or refuse is to be left on-site. Any person(s) found to have not filled holes, left trash, or did not follow the rules set forth by CMMC will be permanently banned from all of our properties and no refund will be issued.

CLAIM OVERVIEW
This area is historically rich with gold and silver, with incredible reserves yet to be dug. Many of these mines closed down and did not continue producing precious metal ore due to executive order L-208 during the second world war. These claims including the Wall St. Claim, are very important and historic to this area. These are some of the mines that opened up and help create the incredible mining district that it was and has become again. The Hossier, US Treasury, and Nana Mines are all located in the same direct area and are very famous producers of gold. The St. Cloud Gold Mine operates about 6 miles to the Southeast of our claims. The mining area was closed and shuttered prematurely, but that is now where we as the mining community come in, and reopen these profitable and historic gold and silver mines.
This lode claim has 2 trenches. The large of the 2 trenches has 2 vertical shafts, one was used as exploratory and for mucking out ore in the Ore bin. The other shaft is a high grade shaft they were following a steep decline in the vein. There are multiple test digging sites before the mine was closed down due to the executive order that was put into place. Testing of the area has yielded great results and would allow for great expansion and opportunity to any mining operation large or small. Multiple dikes and fault lines run through this claim that are heavily mineralized and very rich in gold and silver deposits. There is an incredible untapped resource available on these claims.
Testing on this claim occurred at the primary trench, the pile of material at the entry, the secondary trench on NW section of Lode Claim, and the 1 of the test trenches onsite. Numerous outcroppings of the dike and the mineralized veins of the dike. Multiple fault Lines run through this property generally in the N-S direction. (See Geology Map Provided Below)
This is a Federally listed unpatented mining claim located in the Gila National Forest. The listing of this property does not allow or convey any rights to anyone other than the owner and permitted individuals. Prospecting on this property is ILLEGAL and is monitored. Claim Jumping or Prospecting on an active claim is a federal crime. Anyone found to be prospecting illegally will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.
